Our decorative candles are designed to be a decor piece in your home however if you do wish to burn these we recommend following the below tip. WARNING: Always burn pillars on a heat proof tray.

  • Candle Safety First:

    You should never leave a candle unattended. Always burn within sight, keeping away from flammable objects and away from drafts. Candles are always best in still air. Always keep away from children and pets, and never move your candle while burning as the wax can be hot.

  • Burning Instructions:

    Always trim the wick to 5mm before lightning each time and on a heat proof plate.

  • Memory Burn:

    When burning the pillar for the first time it must be blown out before the melt pool reaches the edge of the pillar, leaving a rim. This sets the memory of the pillar and is extremely important step in ensuring the pillar burns well and does not spill over the sides. Allow the candle to cool and reset. Once the wax solidifies you can relight it.

  • Subsequent Burns:

    For best results, don't burn your candles longer than 4 hours at a time and wick to 5mm each relight. Stop burning your Soy Candle when the wax is 1cm from base of candle.

  • Burn Times:

    Our candles are made to be decorative candles so we do not burn times on these so if you do plan to burn your candle please take into account the size of the candle, if your burning a small candle it may only last 20 minutes. 

  • When not in use:

    Store your candle in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and nearby heat sources to prevent discolouration
