Are there any safety tips I should follow?

What are your candles made of?
Candles are made from Soy wax, quality fragrances and cotton wicks.
Are your candles non-toxic and eco-friendly?
Yes, candle are made from 100% natural soy wax which are free from toxins, paraffins, and artificial additives, ensuring a eco-friendly burn
Do you use essential oils or fragrance oils?
We only use fragrance oils. The fragrance oil is in compliance with the most recent
standards published by the INTERNATIONAL FRAGRANCE ASSOCIATION (IFRA), contains no GMO, not tested on animals, palm free and is vegan friendly.

Do you do custom orders?
Yes, we are more than happy to help please email enchantedwicksnz@gmail.com with enquiry. Usually custom orders can take one week to make product.
Do you sell gift sets or offer gift wrapping?
Yes we are happy to do this. At checkout please leave a message to say it is a gift or email enchantedwicksnz@gmail.com with details. If you also would like a personal message sent with your gift, please let us know.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes with orders over $80 within New Zealand
How long does shipping take?
For standard delivery within New Zealand can take 3 to 5 business days to receive product. For rural delivery within New Zealand can take 3 to 10 business days to receive product.
For International delivery it could take up 3 weeks.
What if my candle arrives damaged?
Please email enchantedwicksnz@gmail.com straight away with photos of damage and packaging.
