Shipping Policy
1. Processing Time: Orders are processed within 2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times vary based on the shipping method you select during checkout. The following are the standard shipping options:
- Standard and Free Shipping: 3 to 5 business days
- Rural Shipping: 3 to 10 business days
Please note that these are estimates and actual delivery times may vary.
3. International Shipping: We currently do not offer international shipping. International shipments may be subject to additional customs fees, duties, and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.
4. Order Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your shipment. Please note that it may take up to 2 hours for the tracking information to update.
5. Lost or Damaged Packages: We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages during transit. However, if your order is lost or damaged, please contact the carrier directly or reach out to us at enchantedwicksnz@gmail.com for assistance.
6. Address Accuracy: Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We are not responsible for delays or issues caused by incorrect addresses. If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately at enchantedwicksnz@gmail.com to update your information before we process the shipment.
7. Shipping Restrictions: Some products may not be eligible for shipping to certain locations due to legal or logistical reasons. If this applies to your order, you will be notified at checkout.
8. Free Shipping and Free Pick up Offers: From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions. To qualify for free shipping, orders must meet the specified minimum purchase requirement. Free shipping is only available for standard shipping to eligible locations. Free pick up is for Hamilton.
10. Local Pick Up:
During checkout, enter your address and choose the ship option "Local Pick Up" is available for addresses within Hamilton of our shop.
Orders placed on the same day, can be picked up the next day.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at enchantedwicksnz@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
